12V24AH VRLA Deep Cycle Battery AGM Gel Battery Battery 12V Series SLA Gel Battery
By combining newly developed nano gel electrolyte with advanced AGM structures, we created the innovative AGM gel battery (G type). This type offers 15 years design life with very high deep cycling capability.
This series is highly suited to telecom outdoor applications, renewable energy systems, and other harsh environment applications.
Product Structure and Working Principle
- Positive plate: Thick high Sn low Ca grid minimizes corrosion and prolongs life
- Negative plate: Balanced Pb-Ca grid for improved recombination efficiency
- Separator: Advanced AGM separator for ultra low float current
- Electrolyte: Dilute high purity sulphuric acid with nano gel
- Battery container and cover: ABS material
- Pillar seal: 100% factory tested, proven two layers epoxy resin seal
- Relief valve: Complete with integrated flame arrestor

Application Fields
This series is highly suited for very unreliable power applications requiring the batteries to provide extra cyclic life performance such as outdoor applications, small renewable energy systems, and electric vehicles.
Advantages
- Long Life: VRLA gel type battery uses high-tin alloy positive grids and thick plates to reduce utilization of active material. It has special additives. Its 40% DOD cycle life can reach over 3000 times as per IEC 60896-22-2004 requirements.
- Super Overdischarge Tolerance: After 5 times of over-discharges which cause short circuit, battery capacity restoration can reach more than 95%.
- High Cycling Ability: Special gel electrolyte additives, curing process at high temperature and high humidity delay softening of active material, improving deep cycle endurance and anti-passivation capability of positive plates.
- Excellent High-current Performance: Tight assembly design reduces distance of battery plates, improving high current discharge performance.
- Safety: Rubber O-ring with strong corrosion resistance and special adhesive seal battery terminals, ensuring no acid leakage and safe, reliable operation.
- Maintenance Free: Low liquid type design recombines generated gases into water; no need to add water or acid.
- Various Installation Types: Special AGM separator absorbs electrolyte with no free acid inside, allowing both vertical and horizontal mounting positions.
