HTR Steam Trap Control Valve
The HTR steam trap control valve is a labyrinth-type high-differential pressure control valve. It is suitable for the main steam trap system and extraction system of thermal power plants to control high-temperature and high-pressure drop saturated water. This valve can also be applied in the petroleum and chemical industries to control high-pressure drop saturated liquids. It is one of the key control valves in thermal power plants.
The main advantages of the HTR steam trap control valve are as follows:
- The fluid channel is of a labyrinth type, which continuously changes the fluid direction, controls the fluid velocity, prevents cavitation damage, and allows a pressure difference of 20MPa.
- The throttling surface is separated from the sealing surface. Different throttling elements are provided according to the flow rate. The surface of the valve trim is hardened to a hardness of HRC70, ensuring tight closure and a long service life.
- The valve body assembly adopts a self-sealing structure, and the greater the pressure difference, the better the sealing performance.
- The valve body assembly and the actuator are connected in a floating manner, which can eliminate the jamming caused by the misalignment of the valve core and the push rod.
