The V100-HSA series high-performance angular black water regulating valve is a patented product researched and invented by relevant personnel of our company. The invention patent number is ZL2007 1 0171793.3, and it has the following characteristics:The streamlined design structure of the valve body cavity adopts the IEC534 standard, which avoids the impact of particulate media on the inner wall of the valve body;The valve body adopts a balanced self circulating treatment structure with fluid medium self isolation, which avoids a large number of coal powder particles from entering the valve stem and packing part, effectively solving the valve leakage caused by wear and tear.The valve has a self-cleaning function, and the design of the valve guide part adopts an anti garbage tank treatment structure, which can effectively prevent particles in the fluid from entering the gap between the guide sleeve and causing the valve to jam; At the same time, there is a steam interlock flushing hole on the valve cover. When the valve is switched or stopped, the scaling and coal powder condensation on the packing side of the valve stem can be manually or automatically cleaned to prevent the valve from getting stuck due to coal powder condensation.The valve guide part adopts a special scraper design to prevent scaling.The valve adopts a quick detachable structure, which is easy to install, disassemble and replace components.The valve adopts an anti rotation structure design to prevent the valve core
fromrotating under high flow medium conditions, effectively preventing faults caused by displacement or detachment of accessories such as locators due to the rotation of the valve core.The valve core and valve seat are made of integral tungsten carbide material, which greatly improves the service life of the valve core and valve seat.The valve seat adopts a downward compression structure, ensuring the reliability of the product and facilitating its maintenance.The outlet section of the valve body adopts a tungsten carbide material guide pipe design, which prevents damage to the outlet section of the valve body caused by high speed fluid (including hard particles) impact and cavitation.The valve is designed with a downward movement of the guiding part, effectively preventing lateral vibration under high
pressure difference of the valve.The use of high thrust piston actuators can effectively improve the pressure resistance and other capabilities of valves.The connection between the valve and the actuator adopts a clamp structure, which is convenient for fastening and disassembling.
