Product Overview
The ACPL-P340/W340 is an optically isolated power output stage designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications. It features a high operating voltage range, providing the necessary drive voltages for gate-controlled devices. This optocoupler delivers high peak output current and rail-to-rail output voltage, making it suitable for directly driving IGBTs up to 1200V/50A or for driving discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs. Key advantages include a fast switching speed for reduced dead time and improved system efficiency, robust common-mode rejection (CMR) for noisy industrial environments, and integrated Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection.
