The LTV-5341 series Photocoupler is designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverters and power supply systems. It features an AlGaAs LED coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, offering rail-to-rail output voltage and Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection. Its operational parameters are guaranteed across a wide temperature range of -40C to +110C.
