GS-SW640171550Z-C-G is an economical thermoelectric cooled short-wave infrared camera working within 0.9–1.7μm spectral band. Equipped with 640×512 InGaAs FPA sensor with 15μm pixel, the camera runs at native 50Hz full frame, and supports customized frame rate up to 120Hz under arbitrary ROI mode. Standard GigE RJ45 digital output is adopted, without analog SMA interface and onboard laser centroid tracking function to cut overall cost. Built-in adjustable TEC cooling chip stabilizes detector temperature to suppress dark current noise. The housing reserves dedicated M3 fan mounting holes to reinforce heat dissipation for continuous long-term operation. It only supports 3-24V single-ended trigger and global shutter with 5μs shortest exposure time, integrated Gamma, contrast and brightness adjustment functions. C lens mount and multi-group M3 tripod holes facilitate system integration. Special display control software and complete cross-platform SDK are provided for secondary development, OEM housing customization service is available. All cameras pass standard quality inspection.
