1. Introduction

GS-SW640171550-C-CL is a high-performance TEC cooled InGaAs SWIR camera operating within the 0.9–1.7μm spectral band with simple operation. It adopts a 640*512 InGaAs FPA with 15μm pixel size, supporting a maximum full-resolution frame rate of 50Hz. Mini Camera Link digital signal is standard output configuration; PAL/NTSC analog video interface can be customized according to project demands. This camera is equipped with built-in TEC cooling with dual automatic and manual cooling adjustment modes to fit various working environments. It supports arbitrary-position ROI readout to boost frame rate as required, and features replaceable C/CS lens mount for seamless matching with customized optical instruments and spectrometers. Developed and manufactured by Gatherstar Optoelectronic with 15 years of optoelectronic R&D experience, all cameras pass strict ISO & CE quality inspection.
