Description
1. Introduction

GS-SW6401725100-C-CL is a high-performance TEC cooled InGaAs SWIR camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectral band with easy operation. It adopts a 640*512 InGaAs FPA with extra-large 25μm pixel size, supporting up to 100Hz full-resolution frame rate. Mini Camera Link serves as standard digital output; PAL/NTSC analog video via SMA interface can be customized according to project requirements. Equipped with built-in TEC cooling with automatic and manual dual cooling adjustment modes, the camera adapts to diverse field environments. It supports arbitrary-position ROI readout to raise capture speed, and comes with replaceable C lens mount for seamless matching with spectrometers and custom optoelectronic devices. Onboard centroid tracking function can be integrated for laser testing scenarios. All cameras are manufactured with 15 years of optoelectronic R&D experience and pass ISO & CE quality inspection.
