Applications and Features
PET anti-static coated film provides excellent static discharge properties for various industrial applications.
Industry Applications
- Electronics: Protects sensitive circuits and components from static discharge damage during production
- Medical: Prevents static buildup in medical packaging to maintain product sterility
- Automotive: Provides static discharge protection for automotive parts and components
- Printing: Prevents static electricity buildup during printing processes for better ink adhesion
- Tape Industry: Serves as release liner in adhesive tape manufacturing to prevent static buildup
Key Features
- Conductive coating on one or both sides for effective charge dissipation
- Prevents static electricity buildup for improved handling and processing
- Available in multiple colors (transparent, pink, blue, yellow) for identification and quality control
- Enhanced protection for sensitive components and products
Manufacturing Process
PET film is unwound and passed through coating applicators using gravure, reverse gravure, Mayer rod, or air knife methods. The coated film then undergoes drying to remove solvents before being rewound. Process control ensures consistent coating thickness and product quality.
