Working Principle

• When the load exceeds the rated capacity, the friction clutch automatically slips.
• The motor continues rotating while power transmission is interrupted.
• This effectively prevents overload damage to:

  • Transmission components
• Stable performance regardless of environmental conditions.

The limit switch provides travel protection during lifting operations.

Functions

• Automatically disconnects the control circuit when the hook reaches the upper or lower limit.
• Stops the motor immediately.
• Prevents damage caused by over-travel.
• Protects both the hoist body and the load chain.

Note: The limit switch is designed as a safety protection device and should not be used as the normal stopping method during operation.

The magnetic brake provides immediate braking once power is removed.
