  • Analog:≤ 20 Vpp
  • Single power supply range: 3V to 20V (Performance degrades when VDD < 3V)
  • Dual power supply range: +3V to 10V
  • At Vpp = 15V, the low conduction resistance within the input range is 125 (typical value)
  • At VDD=15V, low channel leakage current is +10pA (typical value)
  • Low static power consumption: 0.2W (typical value)
  • The pre-disconnect-post-connect switch eliminates channel overlap
  • Bidirectional signal path
  • ESD protection HBM: 3000V, CDM: 2000V
  • Pin compatible with industry-standard 4051 multiplexer
