Product Overview

The B&R 80PS080X3.10-01 is an ACOPOSmicro power supply module for compact industrial motion-control systems. It converts a three-phase 380 to 480 VAC mains supply into an adjustable 24 to 80 VDC power output for compatible ACOPOSmicro drive components.

The module delivers up to 16.6 A with a maximum output power of 1000 W. It also provides a separate 24 VDC, 2 A output, an X2X Link interface and an integrated brake chopper for connection to a suitable external braking resistor.

X2X Link and Braking Configuration

The output voltage can be configured through X2X Link, while operating and status information can be read by the connected control system. The integrated brake chopper permits connection of an external braking resistor when required by the machine duty cycle. The braking resistor must be selected according to the system design and regenerative energy requirements.

Field terminal blocks are ordered separately and should not be assumed to be included with every unit. Existing terminal blocks, wiring assignments and external braking components must be inspected before installation.
