Introduction

The 50L–200L Airtight Liquid Mixing Tank is designed for mixing, blending and uniform preparation of cosmetic and daily chemical liquids.

The enclosed tank structure helps reduce external contamination and material exposure during processing. An adjustable agitator provides stable circulation and uniform blending, making the machine suitable for shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, cosmetic liquids and other low-to-medium viscosity formulations.

The machine is available in SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel and can be configured in different capacities according to production requirements. The mobile frame with caster wheels allows convenient movement within the workshop.

For alcohol-based fragrance, perfume or solvent-containing products, a suitable explosion-proof or pneumatic configuration should be selected according to the actual formulation and production environment.
