50L 500L Customization Mobile Manufactory SS316L High Speed Mixer Cosmetic Shampoo Mixing Equipment

Introduction

The Mobile Stainless Steel Mixing and Homogenizing Tank is designed for batch preparation of shampoo, liquid soap, detergent, hand sanitizer and other liquid or medium-viscosity cosmetic and daily chemical products.

The system combines a top-mounted low-speed agitator with a wall-scraping/paddle mixing structure for uniform material circulation. A bottom homogenizer can provide high-speed shear and dispersion when stronger homogenizing performance is required.

The jacketed tank supports steam or electric heating, while cooling can be configured according to the production process. Product-contact parts can be made of SS316L for suitable cosmetic and daily chemical applications.

The machine is equipped with an independent electrical control cabinet and caster wheels, making it suitable for flexible batch production and convenient repositioning within the workshop.
