Introduction

The 1000L Double Jacket Mixing Kettle is designed for industrial batch blending and homogenizing of shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap, detergent, hand sanitizer and other daily chemical or compatible liquid products.

The system combines double-jacket heating, main agitation and bottom-entry high shear homogenization in one stainless steel processing tank. Steam or electric heating maintains the required processing temperature, while the main mixer provides bulk circulation and the bottom homogenizer delivers stronger shear for improved dispersion and product consistency.

The standard reference capacity is 1000L, while approximately 50L to 5000L can be customized according to batch size, product viscosity and production requirements.
