Description

Introduction

The Mobile Sanitary Lobe Pump, also called a rotor pump or rotary lobe pump, is designed for transferring medium and high viscosity materials such as cosmetic cream, body lotion, honey, yogurt, syrup, liquid soap and chemical liquids.

The pump uses a positive displacement rotor structure to provide stable material transfer while reducing excessive agitation during conveying. Stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316 configurations are available for cosmetic, food and chemical processing applications.

The mobile base and integrated control box make the unit convenient to move between mixing tanks, storage tanks, filling machines and other processing equipment. Different motor powers and flow capacities can be selected according to product viscosity and required transfer distance.
