Introduction

The high speed homogenizer mixing tank is designed for liquid chemical production, especially for shampoo, shower gel, detergent, lotion and other daily chemical products.

This multifunctional mixing vessel integrates high-speed homogenization, low-speed stirring, heating, cooling and temperature control functions into one system. It provides efficient mixing, dissolving and emulsifying performance to achieve uniform product quality and stable production.

The tank adopts stainless steel construction with advanced mixing and homogenizing systems, making it suitable for small and large-scale production lines from 500L to 10000L.

With optional homogenizer configuration, PLC control system and customized design, it is widely used in cosmetics, personal care and chemical industries.

  1. High speed homogenizing system with inverter control, providing homogenizing speed up to 3000 rpm for efficient mixing and uniform product quality.
