TPFZ02 180° Pallet Changer Machine

Work steps

First,for goods that cannot be placed upside down after replacing the pallet:

1. Use a forklift to place the goods on the pallet changer;
2. Clamp the goods;
3. Turn the pallet and the goods together by 180 degrees;
4. Release the splint;
5. Replace the tray;
6. Clamp the goods again;
7. Turn the pallet and the goods together again 180 degrees;
8. Release the splint;
9. Remove the goods from the pallet together with the forklift from the pallet changer.

Second, for goods that can be placed upside down after replacing the pallet:

1. Use a forklift to place the goods on the pallet changer;
2. Place the pallet to be replaced on the top of the cargo;
3. Clamp the goods;
4. Turn the pallet and the goods together by 180 degrees;
5. Loosen the splint;
6. Remove the original tray from the top of the cargo;
7. Remove the goods from the pallet together with the forklift from the pallet changer.
