Mold Upender Main Features

The control button and the indicating lamp are all located on the control panel, easy for operation as well nice and practical.

1. The double-row chain drive makes the turning part of the turning machine work more smoothly and reliably.
2. Using super worm gear reducer makes the transmission power of the equipment more safe and reliable.
3. The four-wheel mechanism with reasonable structure has a stable bearing.
4. When the 180° is turned over, the double protection switch device (mechanical limit switch and electric limit switch limit) is used to make the turning machine safer.
5. When the raft is up and down, the flip table is stable.
6. After the flip is completed, the flip ends to automatically stop.
7. Using the emergency stop button makes it possible to quickly stop the flip in an emergency.
8. The unit can be stopped at any position during the flipping process.
