VMC650 High Rigidity Vertical Machining Center with BT40 Spindle and Wide Speed Range for Versatile Metal Cutting


The VMC650 high-rigidity vertical machining center is a high-performance, cost-effective CNC milling machine for universal precision metal cutting and multi-process machining. Fitted with a high-power BT40 precision spindle with dynamically balanced bearings and an ultra-wide adjustable speed range of 8000/10000/12000rpm options, it delivers powerful low-speed torque for heavy cutting on stainless steel and mold steel while enabling high-speed, burr-free fine finishing on aluminum alloy and copper. Its X, Y, Z axes adopt high-precision roller linear guides and preloaded ball screws for stable feeding, high repeat positioning accuracy and reliable large-feed, deep-depth cutting performance. Equipped with a fast automatic tool changer (ATC), the machine completes milling, drilling, boring, reaming and tapping in a single clamping to greatly boost efficiency and minimize positioning errors. Compatible with aluminum, copper, carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, it serves wide applications including precision molds, automotive, aerospace, hydraulic and medical components, covering prototype and medium-small batch production. Optional with FANUC, GSK, Mitsubishi CNC systems featuring 3D simulation, tool path monitoring and fault self-diagnosis, and support for spindle through-coolant, workpiece probe and chip conveyor, this compact, stable and versatile VMC650 is ideal core equipment for precision mechanical processing workshops.
