B5032 Vertical Slotting Machine with 3‑Axis Digital Readout DRO

B5032 vertical slotting machine is heavy‑duty metal slotting equipment. It is widely used for processing internal keyways, splines, inner grooves and special‑shaped cavities on metal workpieces, suitable for machinery repair workshops, mold plants and general metal‑processing factories.
The whole machine adopts high‑strength integral cast‑iron body structure to guarantee rigid cutting performance. The ram provides maximum 7500N powerful cutting force. There are four adjustable ram reciprocating stroke rates to match different workpiece material and surface processing requirements.
The circular worktable supports longitudinal power/manual feed, cross power/manual feed and full ±360° rotation. Ram can realize vertical adjustment and 0‑8° tilt angle, greatly simplifies fixture setup for complex‑shape workpieces. This model is standard equipped with 3‑axis digital readout(DRO), which displays real‑time axis position data, reduces manual measuring errors and improves processing accuracy and production efficiency.
Max workpiece loading weight reaches 500kg, capable of handling medium‑size heavy workpieces. Simple mechanical structure, easy operation and maintenance, fit for single‑piece trial production and small‑batch manufacturing of carbon steel, alloy steel and cast‑iron parts.
