The BY60100 is a hydraulic-driven metal shaper designed for efficient plane and formed surface machining, especially for long narrow workpieces. It features smooth hydraulic transmission, strong cutting force, stepless speed adjustment, and hydraulic overload protection, ensuring stable performance and high precision for single and small batch production.
The machine has a maximum shaping length of 1000mm and a 1000×500mm worktable. The ram operates at a stepless adjustable speed of 3-38m/min with a maximum cutting force of 28KN, driven by a 7.5kW main motor. The hydraulic system provides smooth movement and overload protection, while the low oil temperature design minimizes thermal deformation and maintains stable machining accuracy.
The tool post can swivel ±60° for angled machining, with hydraulic auto tool lifting (≥1mm) and manual vertical feed (0.05mm per division). The worktable and crossbeam are driven hydraulically for automatic feed, with stepless adjustable feed rates (horizontal 0.125-5.0mm, vertical 0.05-0.5mm). The worktable also supports rapid movement driven by a 0.75kW motor (horizontal 2.73m/min, vertical 0.27m/min) for efficient workpiece positioning.
The machine features a robust box-type bed and base structure, with reinforced ribs to ensure high rigidity and stability. 2. Connect to a standard three-phase power supply with reliable grounding for electrical safety.
3. Before operation, check the hydraulic oil level, lubrication system, and tool clamping to ensure normal function.
4. Securely clamp workpieces and tools before starting the machine to prevent accidents.
5. Do not adjust ram speed or feed rate while the machine is running to protect hydraulic and transmission components.
6. Wear protective goggles and avoid loose clothing or jewelry near moving components during operation.
7. Drain the hydraulic oil tank every 4 hours of continuous operation to maintain oil quality.
8. Regularly clean chips from the worktable, guideways, and ram to maintain accuracy and prevent wear.
9. When idle for extended periods, turn off the power, apply anti-rust oil to exposed metal surfaces, and cover the machine.
