The BC6063 is a general-purpose metal shaping machine designed for efficient plane processing of small and medium-sized metal parts. It is composed of bed, ram, rocker, gearbox, feed box, crossbeam, worktable, lubrication system and electrical system, providing stable performance and easy operation for workshop use.

The machine features a 630mm maximum shaping length and a 630×400mm worktable. The ram reciprocates on the bed guideways with 6 adjustable stroke speeds (14 to 80 strokes per minute), driven by the motor through the gearbox and rocker mechanism. The tool post at the front of the ram can slide along the tool holder and swivel ±60° for bevel shaping.

The crossbeam can move vertically (manual or motorized) along the bed guideways, while the worktable moves horizontally (manual or motorized) along the crossbeam guideways. Both movements offer 12 levels of feed rates, which can be adjusted during operation. The worktable front end is supported to enhance stability during machining.

Equipped with a 3kW main motor, the machine includes a brake system to quickly stop the ram at any position. All key components (gearbox, feed box, ram guideways, rocker mechanism) are centrally lubricated by an oil pump, with adjustable oil flow. The machine is ideal for shaping planes, bevels, and grooves on various metal workpieces in mechanical workshops and maintenance departments.
