Product Description

ACEY-D300B automatic double-sided spot welding machine is built on an industrial-grade modular intelligent control platform. The system integrates an industrial PC, motion controller, high-precision servo motors, and precision linear modules to deliver high accuracy, strong flexibility, and fast response. Compared with traditional PLC and touchscreen control systems, it provides greater efficiency in production report generation, equipment communication and online integration, product model changeover, and process parameter adjustment. The machine is compatible with a wide range of cylindrical lithium cells, including 14500, 18650, 21700, 26650, 32700, and 33140, making it suitable for flexible and high-efficiency battery pack manufacturing.

  • Automatically compensates for minor electrode position deviations;
  • Automatically monitors and records production data;
  • Automatically detects spatter, false welds, weak welds, and missed welds, with alarm and automatic machine stop;
