ACEY-D300B is a fully automatic double-sided battery pack spot welding machine specifically designed for battery assembly and welding in battery pack factories. It is suitable for series and parallel welding of various cylindrical battery models such as 14500/18650/21700/26650/32700/33140. Equipped with an 8000A transistor welding power supply and a PC control system, it can precisely control welding current, pulse width, and welding time, ensuring stable and consistent welding quality. It is widely used in battery pack welding for power tools, electric scooters and bicycles, and torque vehicles.
