Application Iron Removal From Silica Sand/ Feldspar

Working Principle:
Put certain amount of matrix net inside the working chamber which surrounded by screw coll. The power of AC is transformed into DC excitation power by silicon rectifier control system. The matrix is magnetized after the coil turn on. And it will be create non-uniform magnetic field on the surface of the matrix-high gradient magnetic field. When the slurry pass through the matrix inside the working chamber, the magnetic matter will be absorbed by matrix and the non-magnetic matter will be pass through the working chamber, then the magnetic matter will be separated from non-magnetic.

Features of wet chamber type:
1)The magnetic field is high, the magnetic field distribution is uniform, the gradient is high and the effect of iron removal is obvious;
2)The cooling system adopts oil bubble coil, the hot oil is cooled by forced water, the circulation is good, the oil temperature rise can be ensured within 10ºC, and the service life of the electromagnetic wire is prolonged;
3)The brake valve is made of imported material, the valve body is solid and durable, and there is no residual slurry overflow after closing;
4)With special magnetic vibration mode, it can remove impurities perfectly for 20-600 mesh materials and prevent the high content of magnetic materials from affecting their quality;
5)Possess lower power base the same size;
6)With more capacity due to the special flow method;
7)A wide range of materials (sand, mud, powder,etc.);
8)Fully automatic operation, easy and fast deironing.

The scope of application:
Fully automatic slurry electromagnetic separator is widely used to remove iron powder, micro-iron powder and magnetic substances in slurry and glaze in ceramics, mining, chemical industry, electronics, food and other industries. It is especially suitable for removing iron and other magnetic impurities from raw clay mud in the ceramic industry.
