Working Principle:
Put certain amount of matrix net inside the working chamber which surrounded by screw coll. The power of AC is transformed into DC excitation power by silicon rectifier control system. The matrix is magnetized after the coil turn on. And it will be create non-uniform magnetic field on the surface of the matrix-high gradient magnetic field. When the slurry pass through the matrix inside the working chamber, the magnetic matter will be absorbed by matrix and the non-magnetic matter will be pass through the working chamber, then the magnetic matter will be separated from non-magnetic.
Features of wet chamber type:
1)The magnetic field is high, the magnetic field distribution is uniform, the gradient is high and the effect of iron removal is obvious;
2)The cooling system adopts oil bubble coil, the hot oil is cooled by forced water, the circulation is good, the oil temperature rise can be ensured within 10ºC, and the service life of the electromagnetic wire is prolonged;
