Advantages of OGFD Air Screw Compressor:
- Constant Voltage and Power Saving
The pressure comparison shown in the figure is in the operation of standard air compressor and the VFD air compressor. In standard air compressor, the loading and unloading is frequently changed between the sufficient pressure and pressure more than 1.5bar, which costs 10.5% of power consumption(more 7% of power is consumed when each 1bar is increased )compare with the inverter control. In addition, 45% of idle power energy is consumed in standby status of zero air supply in the unloading. Therefore, air supply inconstant pressure is not only very low power consumption, but also avoids the reduction of service life of the unit caused by the control of loading and unloading and the adverse factors of unstable pressure brought to the production of the enterprise.
