High Glossy BOPP Thermal Laminating Film creates bright, vibrant lamination results, making it ideal for enhancing visual appeal. The 1 mil thickness (equivalent to 25 micron) typically consists of 15 micron BOPP Film + 10 micron EVA Glue, or 12 micron BOPP Film + 13 micron EVA Glue for stronger adhesion with cardboard substrates.

Gloss laminating film is manufactured using multi extrusion coating lines and consists of two primary layers: a plastic film base (primarily BOPP or PET) and an adhesive EVA glue layer. Also known as dry, hot, or heat laminating film, it provides professional-grade protection and enhancement.
Primarily used by printing houses for commercial and school printing applications, as well as graphic arts large format projects. The transparent film lamination (available in bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull finishes) is heated to provide protective coating on paper covers. Commonly referred to as paper lamination film using heated EVA adhesive glue for bonding to paper substrates.
