BOPP Thermal Laminating Film is BOPP material film coated with EVA glue, widely used for laminating with paper for packing and printing applications. Available in thicknesses from 15mic to 30mic with roll widths from 180mm to 1880mm and roll lengths from 300m to 6000m. Paper core options include 1 inch (25.4mm) and 3 inch (76mm).

Features high transparency and excellent rewinding performance. Single or double sides corona treatment available, up to 42 dynes. Environmentally friendly due to non-solvent formulation.

BOPP Thermal Lamination Film rolls are used for commercial and school printings, graphic arts large format applications. The transparent film lamination, available in bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull finishes, is heated as protection on paper covers. Sometimes referred to as paper lamination film using heating EVA adhesive glue onto paper substrates.

Lamination process joins two or more layers to protect prints. Requires a hot laminator or thermal lamination roller machine to melt EVA adhesive onto paper surface. During the process, the film passes over a heated roller and under reasonable pressure sticks to the paper. This easy-to-use process can be done at home for small applications. Also known as heat lamination, dry lamination, or hot lamination.
