Q2: What specific material failures does your ten year warranty actually cover?

A2: Our warranty covers structural cracking severe splitting and abnormal physical degradation under specified indoor environment guidelines.

Q3: Does regular water splashing affect the moistureproof coating layer?

A3: No the composite matrix is chemically inert to standard splash water keeping the outer skin secure and unpeeled.

Q4: How do I claim the replacement under the ten year warranty if a defect occurs?

A4: Simply provide photos and batch production numbers shown on the packaging and we will issue free replacements after validation.
