MCR3501 with USB Type C interface, it can become a card reader for reading and writing contact smart cards by gently opening the shell. Although it is smaller than a desktop card reader, it can support extremely demanding smart card applications, create value for you and provide reliable features to meet security requirements. MCR3501 supports ISO 7816 Class A, B, and C smart cards (5 V, 3 V, and 1.8 V) and microprocessor cards with T=0 and T=1 protocol. It supports a wide variety of memory cards, including the Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC) and SIPRNET Card. This makes it ideal for a broad range of solutions, such as PIV, Physical and Logical Access Control, Digital Signature, and Online Banking applications. MCR3501 adopts the Identiv chip solution and supports all the functions of the Identiv contact smart card reader, such as compatible with SCR3310V2.0. MCR3501 can be easily integrated into a computer-based or mobile device-based environment, and its drivers are compatible with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Mac OS, and Android. This stylish and simple foldable card reader is designed to be used anytime, anywhere, and is perfect for your smart card solution.
