2. Our Advantages

2.1. Ultra-high space utilization, standard capacity can reach about 750 reels.

2.2. Batch automatic scanning code & loading, compatible with barcode/QR code, one reel can be processed in 12s.

2.3. Fully automatic in and out of storage, support 7'' to 15'' reels.

2.4. Support MES, ERP, WMS, and other management systems connection.

2.5. Manage and monitor SMD inventory to ensure inventory accuracy and avoid production interruption.

2.6. Provide a controlled environment for SMD components, monitor the life of the reel.

2.7. Back up and store all data automatically, supports quick search by scanning code, ensure the traceability of SMD components.

2.8. Can be customized according to customer requirements, and provide software technical support.

2.9 Can be heightened to 2.7 meters and expanded capacity to about 1120 reels.
