Choose a QUAD LNB when:

- You need to feed 1 to 4 satellite tuners/receivers directly

- House with 1x dual-tuner PVR (needs 2 cables) + 2x basic receivers
- Simple setup where each cable runs directly from dish to receiver
Choose a QUATTRO LNB when:
- You are installing a communal distribution system (apartment block, hotel, etc.)
- You need to feed a multiswitch that will distribute signals to many receivers (16, 24, 48+)
- Examples:
- 12-flat apartment building with a central dish feeding all apartments
- Hospital with satellite TV in each room
- Any installation where the number of outputs needed exceeds what a Quad/Octo can provide directly
