Equipped with a precision stator-rotor structure with an adjustable gap of 0.1-0.25mm, the machine generates strong shear force with a linear velocity of up to 30m/s. This force effectively breaks oil droplets, solid particles, and wax crystals into micron-level sizes (D90 < 3μm), ensuring uniform dispersion of oils, emulsifiers, active substances, pigments, and waxes. For skin care creams, this creates a delicate, smooth, and non-granular texture; for lipsticks and lip balms, it eliminates color streaks, texture lumps, and wax precipitation, ensuring consistent color and touch of finished products. The shear speed is steplessly adjustable, adapting to the gentle processing needs of sensitive ingredients and the thorough dispersion requirements of high-viscosity wax systems.
2. Vacuum Emulsification Environment
The closed tank body maintains a stable vacuum degree of -0.085~-0.098MPa during operation, effectively eliminating air bubbles generated in mixing, emulsification, and melting processes. For skin care creams, this prevents oxidation of heat-sensitive ingredients such as vitamins, plant extracts, and peptides, maintaining their activity and extending product shelf life. For lipsticks and lip balms, it avoids bubble formation inside the product, which could cause cracks, roughness, or uneven gloss after molding. The sealed vacuum environment also isolates external dust, impurities, and microorganisms, complying with GMP and FDA hygiene standards for cosmetic production.
3. Precision Temperature Control & Heating/Cooling Function
A double-layer jacketed tank with intelligent temperature control enables stepless temperature adjustment between 0-120℃, with a precision of ±1℃. This caters to the specific temperature requirements of different cosmetic products:
- For cosmetic creams: Maintain emulsification temperature at 45-55℃ to enhance emulsifier activity and ensure stable oil-water integration.
- For lipsticks and lip balms: Heat to 70-85℃ to fully melt waxes and oils, then cool at a controlled rate (2-3℃/min) to form a smooth, firm texture without cracks.
The double-layer jacketed tank ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the material, avoiding local overheating that may damage active ingredients or cause wax carbonization in lipstick formulations. The heating and cooling systems switch smoothly, supporting one-stop processing from raw material melting to emulsion formation and product cooling, which is crucial for improving production efficiency of lipstick and lip balm production lines.
4. Multi-Mode Mixing & Scraping Wall Design
Integrated planetary stirring and 360° scraping wall functions work together to eliminate material residue on the tank wall and dead corners, ensuring full mixing of all ingredients. The planetary stirring arm operates at steplessly adjustable speeds (0-60rpm): low-speed stirring is suitable for mixing high-viscosity lipstick wax mixtures without damaging the structure, while medium-speed stirring ensures uniform dispersion of pigments and flavorings in lip balms. For skin care creams, it prevents sedimentation of solid ingredients such as minerals and plant particles. The food-grade silicone scraping pad is soft and wear-resistant, avoiding scratches on the polished tank inner wall and ensuring complete utilization of raw materials.
5. Hygienic & Easy-to-Clean Structure
All parts in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, non-toxic, and compliant with international cosmetic production standards (GMP, FDA). The tank inner wall is polished to a smooth finish (Ra ≤ 0.8μm) with no dead corners, facilitating thorough cleaning. Detachable stator-rotor, stirring arms, and feeding pipes simplify daily cleaning and sterilization, avoiding cross-contamination between different products.
6. Intelligent Operation & Production Compatibility
The touch-screen PLC control panel supports real-time monitoring and precise adjustment of key parameters, including vacuum degree, temperature, shear speed, stirring time, and cooling rate. It can store parameter presets for different products (e.g., day cream, matte lipstick, moisturizing lip balm), realizing one-key startup and reducing operational errors in batch production. The machine is compatible with continuous production and batch processing modes, and its standardized interface can be integrated with downstream equipment such as automatic filling machines, lipstick molding machines, and cooling tunnels to form a fully automated cosmetic production line.
