The excimer lamp surface finishing machine uses a 172nm excimer lamp (VUV) to cure ultra-thin coatings, creating a soft-touch, velvet-like, or matte surface on various substrates, including:

This system operates under inert nitrogen atmosphere to prevent oxygen inhibition, ensuring consistent curing quality. The entire line can be customized for flat panel, roll-to-roll, or 3D-shaped substrates.
