As a new curing solution, our UV curing systems offer significant advantages including short curing times that dramatically improve production efficiency. Compared with traditional oven curing, our systems also provide superior environmental benefits.

Each UV wavelength range determines penetration depth into the substrate. The appropriate UV type is selected based on substrate characteristics and desired curing effects:

  • UVC - Shortwave ultraviolet for top surface curing, creating surface hardness and abrasion resistance
  • UVB - Midwave ultraviolet capable of deep penetration curing, creating coating and adhesive toughness
  • UVA - Longwave ultraviolet used to cure deepest layers, providing adhesion and cross linking
  • UVV - Visible ultraviolet used for silver pigment and Titanium Dioxide curing, as well as adhesion enhancement
