Overview:
The KRW-300D series instruments are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the latest international and national standards.


They are intended for the determination of the Vicat softening point temperature and thermal deformation temperature of polymer materials.


The unit is fitted with a digital LCD display, and uses a dial gauge for displacement detection, delivering stable and reliable performance with highly accurate measurement data.

This ISO 75 / ASTM D648 Thermal Deformation & Vicat Softening Point Tester is developed to match the fast‑growing progress of the plastics industry and upgrade the capability of material research and quality inspection.

It complies with the latest international and national standards: ISO 75‑1:1993 for plastics, GB/T 1633‑2000 for Vicat softening temperature (VST) test of thermoplastic materials, and GB/T 1634‑2001 for determination of deflection temperature under load of plastics.

Equipped with computerized control, the instrument features stable performance, simple operation and high automation.

It stands as a highly advanced testing device for measuring the deflection temperature and Vicat softening temperature of non‑metallic materials.
