Nitriding treatment: Plasma/gas nitriding is used to infuse nitrogen atoms into the surface layer, forming a nitride layer that improves hardness (typically HV450–850), wear resistance, resistance to welding slag adhesion, and rust prevention, extending service life.
Structural properties: Mostly 5-sided machining (tabletop + 4 sides), supporting X/Y/Z three-dimensional clamping, and allowing for quick fixing with D28 locating pins, support columns, F-clamps, etc. Common materials are high-strength steel or cast iron, offering high rigidity and resistance to thermal deformation.
