The Oversized Jaw Ratchet Insert F Clamp with Wide Throat Capacity is a heavy-duty clamp specifically engineered for welding and positioning large, irregularly shaped, and thick-walled workpieces. Featuring an extra-large jaw opening and widened throat depth combined with a ratchet drive mechanism, this clamp enables quick clamping and precise positioning of large steel structures and heavy machinery components. It is compatible with standard grid hole systems on 3D welding tables and is widely used in heavy-duty welding applications.

The jaw width reaches 50-80mm (compared to 20-30mm on conventional models), significantly increasing the contact area with workpieces and preventing deformation of thick-walled workpieces due to concentrated clamping force. Heavy-Duty Ratchet Gear Set
Constructed from forged chromium-nickel alloy steel gears with high-frequency quenching treatment, this system withstands extra-large clamping forces of 15-25kN, increasing load capacity by 2-3 times compared to conventional ratchet F-clamps.
