Product Overview
The Heavy-Duty Shipping and Lifting Bracket for D16 and D28 Welding Table Transport is a specialized heavy-duty lifting accessory designed specifically for D16 (Φ16 holes / 50mm hole spacing) and D28 (Φ28 holes / 100mm hole spacing) 3D flexible welding tables. Its primary function is to facilitate the factory packaging, forklift/crane lifting, and full-vehicle logistical transport of finished welding tables; it can also serve as a fixed lifting point for the assembly and splicing of tooling modules.
Compatible Framework
D16: Compatible with Φ16mm standard holes and a 50×50mm grid pattern; designed for small to medium-sized precision welding platforms (suitable for sheet metal and small automotive component fixturing).
D28: Compatible with Φ28mm standard holes and a 100×100mm grid pattern; designed for heavy-duty cast iron or steel welding platforms (suitable for heavy-load applications in construction machinery and steel structure fabrication).
The D16 and D28 support stands are universally interchangeable; installation is achieved simply by swapping the corresponding locking bolts.

Materials and Manufacturing Process
The main body is forged as a single, integral unit from Q355 low-alloy, high-strength carbon steel. The entire assembly undergoes a blackening and/or nitriding surface treatment for rust prevention. The lifting rings are forged from alloy steel, offering high tensile strength without deformation, as well as resistance to abrasion and weld-spatter corrosion. The product complies with European CE safety standards for lifting operations.

Rated Load Capacity
Rated load per individual unit: 700 kg (1540 lbs). A standard set of four units can safely support a complete platform weighing up to 2.8 tons. An enhanced "Euro-American Industrial" model is also available, featuring a single-unit capacity of up to 1800 kg.
Safety Protocol: During lifting operations, the clearance between the platform and the ground must not exceed 100 mm. Personnel are strictly prohibited from standing or working beneath the platform at any time.
Accessory Selection
Standard Configuration: 1 standard welding table equipped with 4 Shipping Lifting Brackets + 8 Locking Bolts (arranged at the four corners for the most stable lifting);
Extra-Large Spliced Platforms (2000 × 4000 mm): 6 or 8 brackets for combined lifting operations.
