This 15 ton chain type welding turning rotator is cost-effective welding auxiliary equipment for medium load cylindrical workpieces. With VFD variable frequency system, it keeps stable rotation speed to get high quality circumferential weld seam. Working Principle
The 15t chain type turning rotator includes driving unit and driven unit. The motor drives chain system to rotate support rollers, and then drives cylindrical workpiece to rotate at constant speed. Consistent rotation avoids uneven weld bead, improves welding efficiency and matches automatic welding system.
