Adjustable Welding Rotator 5T 10T 20T

Adjustable welding turning rolls are designed for circumferential welding of cylindrical workpieces, including water tanks, boilers, small pressure vessels, pipes and stainless steel barrels. The roller center distance can be manually adjusted to adapt different cylinder diameters, widely used in metal fabrication workshops.

Main Features
  • Adjustable Roller Spacing: Roller base with reserved holes or screw adjustment, easy to change roller distance to fit various tank OD. Suitable for mixed batch production.
  • VFD Stepless Rotation Speed: Stable variable frequency drive, smooth rotation, no shaking. Match SAW, MIG/TIG automatic girth welding.
  • Optional Roller Material: PU roller: Protect thin stainless plate surface, no scratch. Steel roller: For heavy carbon steel thick wall tank, high wear resistance.
  • Simple & Safe Operation: Equipped with control box and hand pendant, forward/reverse, speed adjustment, emergency stop function.
  • Robust Welded Frame: Heavy welded steel base, strong load bearing, low failure rate for long time continuous working.

Pressure vessel, industrial boiler, water storage tank, chemical cylinder, pipe fabrication, steel structure workshop.
