Specialized Activator For Magnesium Alloys Mag-2011 Removes Surface Oxides
The special activator for magnesium alloys, Mag-2011, has the ability to remove the oxides on the surface of magnesium alloys and the product forming agents, achieving the goal of cleaning the surface of the product.
Usage Method (1000L Solution Preparation)
  • Fill the chemical tank to approximately 1/3 capacity (about 300L)
  • Add 50 kg of Mag-2011 to the chemical tank
  • Add pure water to reach 1000L total volume
  • Heat to the required operating temperature
  • Wait until the powder dissolves completely, then start the filtration mixer for stirring
