Neutral Degreaser For Cleaning Aluminum Alloys


Introduction

The neutral degreaser for aluminum alloy cleaning is formulated with high-quality and efficient surfactants, penetrants, auxilaries and special corrosion inhibitors.


Features

1. It does not lose luster or oxidize high-gloss workpieces.

2. Free of phosphorus and nitrogen;

3. It does not hurt hands and does not corrode the base material.

Purpose:

It is particularly suitable for high-gloss cleaning of aluminum alloys, without corroding, oxidizing or losing luster to the base material.


Preparation of degreasing solution

Inject tap water into the degreasing tank, then add HS-214S cleaning agent, stir evenly, and then heat up to the working temperature, and it can be used.


Equipment requirements

The tank body can be made of PP or stainless steel.


Storage requirements

Dry and well-ventilated.


Wastewater treatment

Neutralization treatment is required before discharge.
