It can be used for cleaning before and after processes such as glass etching, CNC, precision engraving, strengthening, tempering, screen printing, grinding, polishing, coating, etc. The main purpose is to remove various dirt from the glass, including cutting fluid, potassium nitrate, polishing powder/liquid, ink, asphalt, scale, watermark, dust, white spots, mold spots, fingerprints, etc., as well as grinding powder and glass powder after flat grinding. Usage Instructions
Dilute the concentrate proportionally to create the working solution. Heat to 50-60°C and maintain constant temperature for 5-10 minutes, or perform ultrasonic cleaning for 2-3 minutes. For heavily oil-contaminated workpieces, extend cleaning time or use multi-chamber multiple-pass method for thorough cleaning.
