The aluminum alloy cleaning agent is a water-based cleaning solution formulated with various imported surfactants, corrosion inhibitors and other additives. It has the functions of emulsification, dispersion, penetration and strong cleaning ability. It has excellent cleaning effects on the machined oil stains, grease, polishing wax, grinding fluid, anodized oxide film, demolding agents, paint and other dirt on the surface of aluminum alloy. Usage Instructions
Dilute the concentrate proportionally to create the working solution. Heat to 50-60°C and maintain constant temperature for 5-10 minutes, or perform ultrasonic cleaning for 2-3 minutes. For heavily oil-contaminated workpieces, extend cleaning time or use multi-chamber multiple-pass method for thorough cleaning.
