Solar Silicon Wafer Cleaning Agent For Removing Glue
The solar silicon wafer cleaning agent is specially developed to meet the unique cleaning requirements of electronic-grade and solar-grade silicon wafers in the fields of IT and solar cells. This product is a single-component product. It shows excellent performance in emulsifying, saponifying, and cleaning various types of oil stains (including animal oil, vegetable oil, and mineral oil), suspensions, and grinding pastes. It also has strong stripping, complexation, and cleaning effects on metal ions. It has good environmental friendliness and strong cleaning ability.

Usage Instructions
First, add 3/4 of the cleaning tank with pure water, then add the cleaning agent at a concentration of 3-5%, and then fill the pure water to the operating level. Heat it to the required temperature, and it can be used. Cleaning temperature: 50-65℃, processing time: 2-5 minutes.
