The design is carefully made for small-batch demand, which solves the surface treatment problem of metal sample and small-batch aluminum alloy products. Meanwhile, we consider the stability and efficiency of anodic oxidation, save the time and cost of surface treatment, and make the surface treatment standardization and normalization.

Basic technical parameters:

Device security note:

1. Ensure proper ventilation in the usage environment.

2. In case of eye contact with various oxidizing agents or chemical polishing solutions, immediately rinse with clean water.

3. The sealing groove and chemical polishing groove are in a high-temperature state; caution is required to avoid burns.

4. Power supply must be disconnected before any maintenance or inspection.

5. After completing work, if the machine remains unused for an extended period, the power supply must be disconnected.

Device instructions:

1. Start the refrigeration unit in advance to maintain the oxidation tank temperature at 0~5°C.

2. Preheat the temperature of the sealed tank and the chemical polishing tank, maintaining it between 80~100°C.

3. Adjust Figure 1 and set the voltage to 8V

4. Adjust Figure 2 and set the oxidation time to 15 minutes.

5. Selecting the appropriate hanging equipment

6. Process according to sequence and timeline

7. Start the process shown in Figure 3 to initiate oxidation.

8. When the oxidation process is complete, close Figure 4.
