The line covers 21 process tanks, including chemical degreasing, alkali etching, pickling, 3 anodizing tanks, 4 coloring tanks, and 11 water washing tanks, ensuring comprehensive surface treatment. Equipped with 25V-3000A Guangzhou "Jiawei" oil-cooled rectifiers (stable voltage/current output) and 20HP air-cooled chillers (temperature control accuracy ±2℃), it guarantees consistent anodizing quality. The intelligent electrical control system uses Omron PLC and Kunlun Tongtai HMI, allowing real-time monitoring of process parameters (time, temperature, current) and fault diagnosis. With air agitation systems (10HP low-pressure oil-free blowers) and 5μ precision filtration units (Taiwan "Guobao" pumps), it enhances solution uniformity and purity. Compliant with global environmental standards, it classifies waste water (acid-base, heavy metal) and has a dedicated exhaust system (PP ducts, 500mm diameter) for odor removal. Ideal for mass production of aluminum components, it boosts efficiency with a 5-10 minute cycle time.
